  Notice for EVERYONE! I don't know if the people posting positive reviews were living in the same place I did, but this place is terrible. First a small issue, one of the front desk people with dreadlocks (Amanda I think her name is) seems to be incapable of remembering past interactions. At 3 times she informed me that we had two visitor parking passes (which we didn't) and the second pass would cost 50 dollars. The passes are just a little mirror hook that says visitor, no tracking number and you could make about a hundred with about 10 bucks. This is the smallest problem we had. The rat problem there is terrible and had actually done severe damage to our roommates new car by making a nest in her engine compartment and chewing the wires. Neighborhood kids are terrible and stole our other roommates bike, license plate and cut the first roommates license plate stickers. They also like to sit on the stairs in the way, scream at the top of their lungs and leave their toys and trash everywhere. Some of our neighbors had been technically squatting and using extension cords to keep their lights on because they refused to pay their bills for 4 months. These are some of the people you will be around. Also any reviews that say they were happy it was smoke free are probably lies as our bottom floor neighbors would smoke ciggarets and weed regularly and the smell would make it all the way to our apartment. The "renovated" apartment had severe damage on the floors, walls, doors, and counters. We documented all of this and were honest about what we caused while there. (Spilt some wine on the carpet during a party, unfortunate but it happens) they took our deposits to replace the carpet. That's fine this was expected, what wasn't expected was them using our money to fix and completely renovate the cheap looking countertops and charging us 300 dollars on top of taking our security deposit. The counters had a patch that was chipped (not our fault) on the side and at most would have cost 50 bucks to fix. The rest of the counters were bad when we moved in and we documented all of it. It took us took us 4 months to get them to drop it and at least 8 times going back to talk to them or calling them, and we got money back, originally they promised 84 dollars, then told us 36. We were so emotionally exhausted that we just said ok and moved on. I highly recommend AGAINST them. I'm fairly certain this is not even up to health codes. If by chance you don't heed my or many of the other 1 or 2 star reviews, at least protect yourself. Get everything they promise in writing and signed by the front desk, all interactions recorded if you can, but mostly hold them accountable. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign their year lease, we actually came very close to sueing them and some times wish we did. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible place. 0 out of 5, don't even try.

  SUPER HELPFUL STAFF. Always available with a answer and understanding. We use the on site laundry all the time lol . and they even offer carports so my car wont be swallowed by snow. They have valet trash so every night i can out my trash outside the door and someone takes it. And i love the workout room and pool in the summer
